The Absolute Favorite Chocolate Divine Tart!

I don’t know about you ….. but if this isn’t what heaven’s made of, I don’t want it 😂

CAN YOU LOOK AT HOW BEAUTIFUL THAT LOOKS!!!

I AM taking orders for this because I think the world deserves to try it. I shall go an extra mile to make sure all my followers get to try this at least once!!

I really do believe if it is able to impress it is definitely worth something!!

☕️ Coffee Cheesecake, Anyone? ☕️

This was definitely a tough one and a complete tukka recipe. I was so skeptical about it, I had to make sure it had the right amount of coffee and the right amount of sugar - a little more coffee and it would’ve not tasted like a cheesecake and a little more sugar it would’ve not tasted like a coffee cheesecake 😂

And this was for someone’s birthday 🙈 anyway, to top it off I decorated it with instant coffee.

To my surprise, (screenshot attached) it turned out super apparently. Just a disclaimer: it’s for pureee coffee loverssss!

🍞 Eggless Almond Cake 🍰

Ingredients
🍞 65 grams Crushed/Powdered Almonds
🍞 50 grams Softened Salted Butter
🍞 1 cup Milk
🍞 150 grams All Purpose Flour
🍞 150 grams Castor Sugar
🍞 1/2 tsp Vanilla
🍞 2 tsp Baking Powder

Keep crushed almonds for topping/garnish.

This recipe was SO easy to make. Turned out to be so soft and tasty. Perfect for your evening chai. If you’re tired of the regular pound cake, try this. It will be refreshing change (:

🥭 Mango Cheesecake 🥭

Sorry for the delayyyy insta fam! I’m finally posting the recipe for this.

🧀 🍰 Ingredients

🥭 200 grams
🥭 80 grams Unsalted Butter
🥭 375 grams creamcheese
🥭 250 ml
🥭 50 grams Powdered Sugar
🥭 150 grams White Chocolate
🥭 200 grams Fresh Mango Purée
🥭 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
🥭 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
🥭 Lemon Zest 1
🥭 10 gram gelatine with 50 ml water

Mango slices for garnish (:

It was a bit heavy but you can play around with the creamcheese & cream to make it accordingly to your taste.

Eggless Almond Cake, anyone?

I always make really sweet desserts ( I mean I know they’re supposed to be 😂 - but that doesn’t always work with everyone 🙈). So this time I decided to try something less sweet and more … xennial friendly!

And I was righttttt, this was the perfect dessert for Xennials cos my father in law loved it. Millennials on the other hand, not so much! 🤦‍♀️

Pair this up with shaam ki chai and you’re golden :D perfect for a small evening GT!

If you love Mangoes - you love Mangoes!
This is the final look for the Mango Cheesecake I made for a dawat (dinner) last night.

It took me eons to cut and it put these mango slices on top - not as easy as it looks buuuuuut the final look was so beautiful that all the mehnat (hard work) seemed worth it 😀

This beautiful was heaven in my mouth and will vouch for that!

This was a total experimental recipe and I don’t even remember the extra measurements I put in em 🙈 but here’s the recipe, try it and see how AMAZING this tastes - also taking orders for this. Feel free to DM to place an order 🙂

🥧 Ingredients:

🍫 150 grams Oreo Biscuit
🍫 50 grams Unsalted Butter
🍫 200 grams Semi Sweet Chocolate
🍫 1 packet
🍫 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!

I’ve found my favorite vanilla cupcakes in K-Town. I’ve tried cupcakes from so many bakeries and Karachi and haven’t quite loved any of em. But these were sooooooo gooood! They melt in your mouth and since they were mini, I lost count of how many I had in one go 😂

I had em for breakfast, lunch and dinner Aik din tou 🙈 safe to say they completely ruined the diet, but that’s okay, worth every calorie 😁🤗
