Save karo aur zaroor try karo π₯£ Ingredients:
β’ Β½ kg chicken (choti cubes mein kata hua)
β’ 1 tsp adrak lehsan paste
β’ 1 tsp kali mirch
β’ 1 tsp namak
β’ 1 tbsp soya sauce
β’ 1 tbsp chilli sauce
β’ 1 tsp sirka (vinegar)
β’ Β½ chicken cube
β’ 1 tsp kutti lal mirch
β’ Band gobi (chopped)
β’ Shimla mirch (chopped)
β’ Boiled corns (optional)
β’ Roll pati
β’ Slurry (maida + pani)

1. Sab se pehle pan mein thora sa oil garam karein aur chicken daal kar bhun lein.
2. Ab adrak lehsan paste add karein aur 1 minute tak bhun lein.
3. Phir kali mirch, namak, soya sauce, chilli sauce, sirka, chicken cube aur kutti lal mirch add karein.
4. Medium flame par bhunte rahein jab tak chicken achi tarah pak na jaye.
5. Ab band gobi, shimla mirch aur corns add karein aur 5 minute tak cook karein (sabzian halki crunchy rahni chahiye).
6. Roll pati par slurry lagayein, tayar kiya hua chicken filling daalein aur achi tarah fold kar dein.
7. Low flame par fry karein jab tak rolls golden aur crispy na ho jayein.
