Method
1. Coffee prepare karein
Strong coffee bana kar thandi hone dein.
2. Cream mixture
• Bowl mein whipping cream ko beat karein jab tak soft peaks ban jayein.
• Ab mascarpone cheese, icing sugar aur vanilla add kar ke gently mix karein.
3. Layering
• Ladyfinger biscuits ko coffee mein lightly dip karein (zyada soak na karein).
• Dish ya container mein biscuits ki layer lagayein.
• Upar cream mixture ki layer spread karein.
4. Repeat layers
• Phir biscuits aur cream ki layers repeat karein.
5. Top finish
• Upar se cocoa powder chhan dein.
6. Chill
• Fridge mein 4–6 hours ya overnight rakh dein taake set ho jaye.

🍫 🍫 Classic Chocolate Creams 🍫🍫

1️⃣ Ganache
Heat 200 ml of milk cream and mix with 200 g semi-dark chocolate and 20 g butter until smooth.

2️⃣ Creme de chocolate
In the fire 500 ml of milk, 100 g of sugar, 40 g cocoa, 40 g starch and 50 g chocolate, stirring until thickened.

3️⃣ Creme confeiteiro de chocolate
Cook 500ml of milk with 4 gems, 120g of sugar, 40g cocoa and 30g of starch until it gets a firm texture.

4️⃣ Mousse
Melt 150 g of chocolate, add 2 eggs, 30 g of sugar and 200 ml of whipped cream, keeping it light.

5️⃣ Mascarpone and chocolate cream
Mix 250g of mascarpone with 150g of melted chocolate, 200ml of whipped cream and 50g confectioner’s sugar.

Versatile preparations for fillings, toppings and individual desserts.

Vanilla Cake (Soft & Fluffy)

Ingredients
• All-purpose flour – 2 cups
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Butter (soft) – ½ cup
• Eggs – 2
• Milk – 1 cup
• Baking powder – 2 tsp
• Vanilla – 1 tbsp
• Salt – pinch

Method

1️⃣ Cream butter + sugar until fluffy.
2️⃣ Add eggs one at a time.
3️⃣ Mix flour + baking powder + salt.
4️⃣ Alternate flour and milk into batter.
5️⃣ Add vanilla.
6️⃣ Bake 170°C for 30–35 min.

Do not overmix.

Chocolate Cake (Moist)

Ingredients
• Flour – 1¾ cups
• Sugar – 1½ cups
• Cocoa powder – ¾ cup
• Baking powder – 1½ tsp
• Baking soda – 1½ tsp
• Eggs – 2
• Milk – 1 cup
• Oil – ½ cup
• Hot coffee or water – 1 cup
• Vanilla – 1 tsp

Method

1️⃣ Mix dry ingredients.
2️⃣ Add eggs, milk, oil.
3️⃣ Add hot coffee last (thin batter).
4️⃣ Bake 170°C for 30–35 min.

Very moist texture.

Panna Cotta (Classic)

Ingredients
• Cream – 2 cups
• Sugar – ¼ cup
• Gelatin – 2 tsp (bloom in 2 tbsp water)
• Vanilla – 1 tsp

Method

1️⃣ Heat cream + sugar (do not boil).
2️⃣ Add bloomed gelatin.
3️⃣ Stir well, add vanilla.
4️⃣ Pour into molds.
5️⃣ Chill 4 hours.

Serve with berry sauce.

Salted Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Butter – 4 tbsp
• Warm cream – ½ cup
• Sea salt – ½ tsp

Method

1️⃣ Melt sugar until amber.
2️⃣ Add butter carefully.
3️⃣ Add warm cream slowly.
4️⃣ Stir smooth, add salt.

Perfect for cheesecake topping.
