And so, this is the output. ✨

When she chose to avail of the party package, she wanted everything to be just right—not too much and not too little, but enough for every detail to be thoughtfully showcased.

When she said “Disneyland,” I wondered how we could transform a stage, tunnel, and a few signages into Disney magic.

With only a few elements to work with, every detail had to count. From the placement of each piece to the overall styling, everything was carefully chosen to create a balanced and magical setup—simple, intentional, and enough to bring the Disneyland theme to life.

I asked them what their peg was, and they said Tausug-inspired.

Since they would be wearing beige, I wanted the styling to create contrast—so I brought in color inspired by the rich and vibrant hues of Tausug culture. I also added a contemporary mosque design to complement the concept and give the setup a modern architectural touch.

Not too literal, but enough to bring out that Tausug influence while making their simple beige outfits stand out.

She thought the flood had taken away all the photographs of their 50 years together. Little did she know, she had a daughter-in-law who happened to be an event planner—and a keeper of memories. 🤍

For their Golden Anniversary, I wanted to create more than just a celebration. I wanted to create a little museum of their love story—50 years of photographs, travels, milestones, family, and memories they thought were lost.

And because memories are not only seen but felt, I added a vintage-inspired wedding cake—recreating the kind of celebrations they once had, with the old-world charm of their time. The original cake style may no longer exist, but the feeling of those celebrations still can.

I only forgot one tiny detail—the cake topper. 😅
