Ingredients
1 cup milk
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 and ½ cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
Mix until no lumps
Set aside

Meringue
6 egg whites
½ cup sugar
½ tspn cot
Beat eggwhites until stiff
Just like chiffon
Fold into flour mixture
Transfer into 9 inches round pan steam 30 to 35 mins add cheese 2 mins before end the steaming time enjoy 😍😍
Flavors depends on you , you can add toppings too like salted eggs and add some food color to the batter to make more likely

Ube Cream Loaf Recipe

​Yields: 2 Loaves

​Ingredients

​The Dough

​200g lukewarm water

​20g evaporated milk

​1 large egg

​1 tsp vanilla

​2 ½ tsp instant dry yeast

​½ cup sugar

​250g bread flour

​250g all-purpose flour

​½ cup mashed potato

​70g margarine (room temperature) or butter

​1 tsp salt

​The Ube Flavoring

​1 tsp ube powder

​1 tsp ube extract/flavoring

​The Topping & Finish

​Egg wash: 1 beaten egg

​40g softened margarine or butter

​½ cup icing sugar

​3–4 tbsp evaporated milk

​Grated cheese (generous amount)

​Procedure

​1. Mix the Base Dough

​In a large bowl, combine the water, yeast, evaporated milk, egg, and sugar. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.

​Add both types of flour. If using a mixer, knead on the lowest speed for about 4 minutes until a dough starts to form.

​Add the margarine (or butter), mashed potato, and salt.

​Continue mixing/kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic.

​2. Color and Rest

​Divide the dough into two equal halves.

​Leave one half plain (white).

​Add the ube powder and ube flavoring to the other half and mix until the color is well incorporated (be careful not to over-mix).

​Shape both into rounds and let them rest for 30–60 minutes.

​3. Shaping the Loaf

​Flatten the plain dough and the ube dough into rectangles.

​Place the ube dough directly on top of the plain dough.

​Roll the dough tightly toward you and seal the edges.

​The "Scissor Cut": Using scissors, make diagonal cuts along the log. Pull each cut piece alternately to the left and right to create the braided/twisted pattern shown in the video.

​Place the shaped dough into greased loaf pans.

​4. Proof and Bake

​Let the loaves rest for 45–60 minutes (depending on how warm your kitchen is).

​Brush the tops with egg wash.

​Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25–30 minutes.

​Remove from the oven and let them cool.

​5. Add the Topping

​Mix the softened margarine, icing sugar, and evaporated milk until it reaches a slightly thick consistency.

​Brush this mixture generously over the cooled loaves.

​Finish with a heavy coating of grated cheese.
