Public Notice: Quality Concern on Malky’s Cheese Bars
Dear Valued Customers,
We’ve received several reports regarding Malky’s Cheese Bars developing molds, even though they were baked and shipped on the same day.
Please be assured that all products were freshly baked, handled with utmost cleanliness, and packed following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). However, due to the recent inclement weather including high humidity from the past storms and a sudden drop in temperature; some batches may have been affected by moisture condensation during transit.
We sincerely apologize for this issue and take full responsibility. To make it right, we are offering a full refund to all affected customers:
• If you purchased through Shopee and a return/refund option is available, please process it through the app.
• If the option is not available, kindly send us a direct message so we can arrange your refund via GCash.
Thank you for your understanding and continued trust. We truly value your feedback and are taking extra measures to ensure this does not happen again.
Please note that, due to this incident, we are temporarily marking Malky’s Cheese Bars as out of stock while we review and understand the root cause of this issue.
