Looking for something healthier and more nourishing? 🌱 Pearl Barley — a wholesome European grain, now available in our kitchen ✨

How to Cook Pearl Barley 🍲
1. Choose a large pot (pearl barley expands a lot while cooking).
2. Rinse the barley in cold water at least 3 times.
3. Bring water to a boil in a 1:5 ratio (1 cup barley : 5 cups water).
4. Add salt, then add the barley and stir. Wait until it comes back to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 50 minutes.
6. At the end, add spices and butter or vegetable oil.
7. Serve warm with butter, vegetables, mushrooms, or meat.
