Gaga Over Cupcakes

Gaga Over Cupcakes spreading joy one bite, one fork full at a time Which subsequently led to falling in love, dare I say irrevocably, with sugar art for the first time.

What started as an addiction for baked goods, which admittedly was becoming an expensive vice, led to the opening of top cupboards to pull out long-neglected baking pans and spatulas to (re)create and hopefully satiate this major, 365-day-craving. For someone who is passionate about the pastries that she buys, I make sure that the cakes that come out of the little home cupcakery tastes as good as

(or even much better than) it looks. Quality and safe food handling (food gloves!) are two things that can't be compromised. Why Gaga Over Cupcakes? Because cupcakes are the sweetest little things invented since sliced bread, at least, in my book. And a cupcake screams "all mine!" and for those to whom it matters - portion control ;) But really, cupcakes just never fail to make people smile.

Minecraft cake! Despite the warnings of fellow well-meaning cakers that will make you pound your head with a rolling pin and declare WAR we just had to see it for ourselves Besides we couldn't say No to this beloved client (we made Vito's NinjaGo cake 2 yrs ago!). We seldom make them full-on fondant cakes because it takes years (feelslikeit) to finish and that's fine because , really, we do enjoy the procress, if only full time caking could pay the bills though . Still, like all challenging things in life, a great learning opportunity that makes every pain/setback worth it
