Treat yourselves to our well-loved brazo rolls.

The Brazo de Remedios is an original 50-year-old heirloom recipe concocted by our family’s matriarch. It has become a staple at all our parties and a true favorite of close friends and family.

Since then, as La Brazorria de Lasevil, we’ve filled our meringue with more exciting flavors for you to enjoy–Salted Egg, Ube con Pastillas, Quezo de Bola, Sugar-Free Original, Frozen Brazo with Carmen’s Best Salted Caramel Ice Cream, and Brazo Memengo. We’ve also added brazo-topped Ensaymeding and Paqueso rolls to our menu.
