The words you see by our entrance are not just for aesthetic.. marketing or branding... THESE ARE ACTUAL WORDS WE LIVE BY.

We value your trust, your hard-earned money and the time you dedicate to come visit and have a conversation with us. Most days it feels like the bread exchange is just a bonus to the genuine connections we make with you.

Recently we have started welcoming new team members at the bakery too. You see us every day prepping and fermenting dough, or baking non-stop to keep the racks full til closing. Some friends help us out and run the slow bar too. All good vibrations as we slowly learn and grow alongside each other.

In the kitchen there is also a version that says "be kind and make the best breads you can".

Thank you for respecting our space and our pace. We look forward to seeing you at the shop. LOOK FOR THIS DRAWING when you reach woodsborough veranda, and Janine and I (plus our small team) will be on the other side to greet you with good breads and coffee! ✨🍞☕️
