BUTLAK, the 40th NEGROS TRADE FAIR was born because the Negrenses are resilient amidst the sugar crisis and EL IDEAL BAKERY has been a part of it for four decades. Each purchase you make during the fair goes a long way, from supporting the company's workers and their family and the suppliers of raw materials such as agricultural and farm people.

We thank you BUTLAK goers for supporting us over the years, our Manila clientele has expanded from Negrenses based in Manila to Manila locals. We also thank the Association of Negros Producers for organizing this fair to gether with the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental and this year, with Negros Oriental and Siquijor. We are looking forward to see you next year for the 41st edition.

One of the oldest participants of the Negros Trade Fair is the oldest bakery in Negros Occidental dating back to the mid 80's, making EL IDEAL BAKERY a usual sight every NTF.

Once again, we are bringing to Manila our classic cookies, pies and pastries.

EL IDEAL BAKERY joins the longest running provincial trade fair in Manila. We have been joining this fair since the mid-1980's, bringing to Manila our well loved Guapple Pie, Coconut Pie, Lumpia Ubod, Piaya, Señorita and many more.

We keep our culinary traditions alive as we make the Negros Trade Fair an annual tradition.
