We've been on a baking journey with sourdough focaccia, and featuring our second batch. 🥳
This time, we topped it with cheddar, garlic, and a mix of herbs like parsley, oregano, and tarragon.
The savory taste from this trial bake was delightful! ❤️

Recreating Maurizio's Best Sourdough Pancake.
• Sourdough Discard, 250 grams
• Eggs, 2 medium-sized
• Unsalted Butter, 56 grams
• Fresh Milk, 1 cup
• All-purpose Flour, 180 grams
• Sugar, 50 grams
• Baking Soda, 6 grams
• Baking Powder, 4 grams
• Salt, 5 grams
• Fresh Mulberry, sprinkled on top of each pancake
• Dark Chocolate Chips, 1/2 cup, sprinkled on top of each pancake

This recipe creates around 10 medium-sized pancakes. 😊

The first time I was asked why I'm teaching kombucha when I'm also selling them.

It took me quite awhile to answer as I really dug down deep for my honest answer.

Then I remember my WHY:
To somehow influence people to a healthier lifestyle.

That healthy living need not be grand or expensive.
That it can blend with your busy days.
That it can be part of your daily rhythm.
