The English baker was set up in the city of Dumaguete to provide quality traditional pies, pastries and baked goods using locally sourced ingredients and accommodate the growing need for European and western cuisine, Executive Chef, Patissier and Baker of almost 40 years in the UK, British Channel Islands and Spain Dave makes everything entirely by hand and from scratch with the focus on quality,

flavour and affordability to all. We have a wide selection of baked goods, By keeping our menu small we can concentrate on quality artisan products and offer a daily variety advertised online in advance and delivery to the local area is twice a week, orders are very welcome.
