Wedding cakes —

From conceptualizing, flavor pairings, deciding which cake base to use, to buying all the ingredients, prepping each of the elements, to baking, stacking the cakes, decorating, and packaging, while battling with my indecisive self, plus all the hours and days it took working on each one of the cakes i make.. it still never ceases to make me happy and feel accomplished.

It’s probably the continuous learning of the craft and learning about myself that always excites me to create. Onto the next!

Tier: chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate hazelnut mousse, swiss meringue buttercream

Half sheets:
- chocolate olive oil cake, chocolate hazelnut mousse, hazelnut praline, swiss meringue buttercream

Our mini Strawberry White Chocolate Mousse Cake 🍰🍓

Available for order next week!
This is not a strawberry shortcake, it is made with almond buttercake, layered with white chocolate mousse (not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness always), finished off with the freshest king berries we could find. :)

There's also a little surprise of layered broas inside the cake!

Wasn't able to take much photos of this birthday cake as I was so excited in sending it right away hehe! But best believe the combination of the non-dairy lightly whipped peanut butter filling and chocolate ganache on moist chocolate cake is just umph! Sunday's best indeed! 👌💯
