I used to eat this almost every day in New York.
Sometimes alone, sometimes with my best friends, and eventually with Talia beside me. It was just part of my everyday life back then.
We loved it so much, we even got matching bagel tattoos inked in New York 😂
Now I’m here, in a completely different place, starting over… and somehow I found my way back to it.
This time, I made it my own.. sourdough sesame bagel with chive cream cheese, bacon, tomato, avocado, a touch of maldon salt, and garnished with pickled onions.
Same comfort 🥯, just a different chapter. 🏝️
