One lovely day, 01/28/2017 (out of nowhere)my boyfriend and I decided to bake some red velvet cupcakes for my mom from scratch. We have no idea what would it taste like. We gave it to her, she was delighted and she liked it. Then the idea came across, what if we bake more and see if people will like it? Eventually we did bake mo

re cupcakes and gave it to friends and *drumbeats here* it was a success! They more than like it- they loved it! They even ordered loads of it. Making us bake more in different sizes and flavors! So, my boyfriend, (a graduate of food services management) and me (food/sweets lover) decided to put up a business and that is Sweet 16, 16 being our monthsary and "sweet" for the sweetness that we share when we bake our cakes and pastries that we want to share with you. Basically, he is the head baker and I am the decorator! Baking is fun, when you do it with love and with your loved one.
