As a hobby of mine I start a home based cake shop business part-time and keep my regular job. I do accept orders 1 week ahead for cupcakes and 1 month in advance for fondant custom cakes for me to prepare my shopping list & complete all the ingredients needed coz every batch from scratch. Due to overwhelming demand for my highly sought after custom decorated cakes, due to my working schedule & mom

my duty I must extend the lead time for these cakes to a minimum of 1 week (cupcake & drip cake) and 1 month (wedding cake). Fondant decorative cakes have a longer lead time-typically 2 weeks or more depending on the complexity.Depending different times must be extended (especially during holidays). If you would like to order one of my custom cakes, pls take these time constraints into consideration. I cannot always accommodate short notice orders. Other special orders and request must be approved in advance. Terms of payment: all cakes with inscription,custom and decorated cake orders must be paid in 50% upon ordering, 50% full payment 3 days before the event or pick up.Pls call for an appointment to discuss any wedding cake orders. Mimi's Cake will make your occassion a day to remember..because every cake has a story to tell.:)
