Our Story
The bakeshop business came into fruition by accident. The sibs, particularly, Elaine’s and Estrella’s, love of food rooted in their Kapampangan heritage provided impetus for them to enroll in culinary courses. The baking lessons resulted in baked products, among which is the apple crumble which quickly became a favorite for gift-giving tokens to relatives and friends. Soon, relatives and friends were ordering for more. This started the bakeshop home business. This was early 2010.
The Company was registered under SEC as THE PAN BAKESHOPPE, INC. February 2017. We are an FDA licensed and HACCP compliant company. The Commissary is located at Project 8, Quezon City and the retail outlet delights the community at 38 Mayaman St, UP Diliman Village.
