The Secret to Perfectly Chewy Cookies 🍪

If your cookies always turn out too hard, this is the only trick you need to know. Underbake them slightly, then let them sit on the pan to finish setting as they cool.

Genuine question… has anyone else come across a Korean Dark Choco cookie before? 👀

I honestly can’t remember seeing one, but I could be wrong.

It honestly meant a lot hearing cookieguy (on TikTok) rank our Korean Dark Choco as “top tier,” especially coming from someone who’s tasted and reviewed so many cookies.

What do you do with your jealousy? 👀

This Revel Oats cookie was inspired by the Filipino classic Revel Bar. Soft oatmeal cookie on the outside, with a hidden chocolate centre buried inside.

It got me thinking, jealousy can be a bit like that too. Hidden carefully, covered up nicely, but eventually it finds its way out. 😅
