Inspired by Japan 🇯🇵, but we’re not revealing the flavor just yet. It's darker, toastier and has a hint of tea, with a light floral taste and melted dark chocolate.

Think roasted tea.

“Freshly baked” sounds good… but was the dough fresh?

Some cookies are baked fresh, but from dough that has been frozen for weeks. At Revy’s, we keep it small batch and make our brown butter dough fresh, because that chewy centre starts before the cookie even hits the oven.

What is brown butter, and why does it make cookies better? 🍪

Brown butter starts as regular butter, but we cook it a little longer until it turns golden, nutty and caramel like.

That flavour goes straight into our dough, which gives the cookies a deeper and richer taste.

So instead of a cookie that only tastes sweet, you get something more indulgent, buttery and full of flavor in every bite.

That’s one of the reasons our cookies are soft, chewy and not your usual cookie.
