It’s back! We are once again dusting off our mum’s trusty recipe book and reviving her fruitcake tradition.⁣⁣⁣

If your image of fruitcakes is dry or tastes like medicine, give us a chance to change your mind! Our mother’s tried and tested recipe yields a moist, dense cake packed with glacé fruit and walnuts and a delightful blend of spices, topped off with a delightful blanket of powdered sugar. After weeks of aging and infusions of a special rum-and-fruit brandy mix, our special Christmas fruitcake has a rich and sophisticated flavour profile with notes of dark chocolate and molasses that will have you thinking of white Christmases spent by the fireplace.⁣⁣⁣

🚧 As it is a time-consuming labour of love, we are making 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿-𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 which will be ready on 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬. We are accepting pre-orders starting today with a 50% reservation fee, until slots are filled. Limited quantities available so pre-order early to avoid disappointment.⁣⁣⁣

For those who are curious, here's what's on our current menu:
Hotteok - a type of filled pancake that's a popular streetfood in Korea. Don't let the word "pancake" deceive you, though, hotteok is closer to fried bread than a pancake or hotcake. Here are all our flavours so far - keep an eye out for future additions to the lineup as well as limited-release flavours!

Masala Chai - a South Asian spiced tea. If you've had a chai latte from some big-name global chain stores and didn't like it, it's because those ones don't taste anything like real chai! Try ours and you might change your mind ◕‿↼ (Currently a dine-in option only. Stay tuned for delivery/take-out availability and for our iced version!)

A bonus for our fellow animal lovers, you can treat yourself while giving yourself a pat on the back because every purchase you make helps us feed and care for stray and rescued cats and dogs!
