🍌 BANANA LOAF FRENCH TOAST 🍞

Ingredients:
3-4 slices of banana loaf (half inch thick)
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Procedure:
1. In a shallow bowl, mix milk, egg, vanilla, sugar & lemon zest. Make sure sugar is dissolved.

2. Dip the banana loaf slices in custard mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly. Use a turner to carefully flip the bread.

3. Cook the banana loaf slices on a lightly greased nonstick griddle or pan over medium heat until slightly browned on both sides (2 to 3 minutes per side).

4. Serve with slices of banana or other fresh fruits and maple syrup.

Note: You can use any flavor of our banana loaf. 😊
