​Please be advised that GRETCHEN CAGURAN, who formerly served as an all-around house and bakery helper, is NO LONGER AFFILIATED with Brioche Bakery, effective immediately.

​Key Information:
​Incident Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

​Status: The individual left the premises without permission, notice, or prior communication.

​Security Notice: Any transactions, agreements, or representations made by Ms. Caguran on behalf of Brioche Bakery or its owners after the aforementioned date are unauthorized and will not be honored.

​Notice to the Public:
We wish to clarify that the management is no longer responsible for her actions. We are currently conducting a full inventory and security assessment of our premises following her abrupt departure.
