The production teams of 2nd year Hospitality Management of Gordon College are gathered together to produce breads, cupcakes, cookies, and the likes which was sold last May 4 on Marikit Park, Olongapo City.

Everyone showed the dedication and eagerness to produce quality products in hopes that it will all reflect on the big day.

The Bakery Fair 2023 is a wrap!

The 2nd Year students of BSHM have successfully organized and completed the most-awaited Bakery Fair under the Hospitality and Tourism Expo 2023.

To our dear Mahalinas, we are grateful for your warm welcome to our products that was produced out of fondness and appreciation we have for you. Your warm welcome was evident as each of our products was completely sold-out early in the afternoon, and with that we are truly grateful for your existence.

To the CHTM Faculty, thank you for the overwhelming support you displayed.

The 2nd year students of Gordon College Hospitality Management would like to express their gratitude to entities that spread their kindness and help us realize our Bakery Fair.

Your help — no matter how big or small it is, was a huge steppingstone for us to gain experience and knowledge which can only be acquired through this event.

Now that the first ever Bakery Fair of Gordon College has come to an end, we are proud to say that we became the first and the blueprint of what it is to hold such event, and it was possible because of you all.
