📌 Sundubu-Jjigae
(Korean soft tofu stew)

I've been wanting to try this soup for quite some time now and since ilang araw ng umuulan, i think it's time🧑‍🎨😜..

This recipe was so simple. I just put everything together, enoki mushroom, leeks, kimchi and of course the soft tofu.... and that's it, you have the Sundubu -Jjigae! perfect for this rainy day.

📌 Focaccia
A flat Italian bread.

My first attempt at making Focaccia bread. I was actually inspired by Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen complimentary bread and since my husband loves it so much, i tried making one🧑‍🍳

Actually madali lang gawin ang Focaccia, tumatagal lang because of proofing. The ingredients were simple, iyon lang marami talagang oil...as in extra virgin olive oil pero healthy naman daw yun🤗

So ayun, after maluto 3 slices na lang ang natira😆

📌 Fairy-themed Purple Cake

This cake is really one for the books. From the color combi down to the flowers, butterflies and dragees, ito talaga ang mga gusto ko design na gawin, biased ba?😆

Kidding aside, isa ito sa mga designs na gusto ko since I can apply my kikay side. Kaya naman I was so happy na ito iyong theme.

And since purple cake ito, I've decided to make everything purple😆 kaya ube flavor ang chiffon natin for today's video🤗💜
I used non-dairy whipping cream for the frosting and ube halaya as filling. Grabe na-enjoy ko na talaga ang chiffon cake kaya naman ito na iyong ginawa ko. So far, so good naman ang kinalabasan🤗
