To all our valued clients and customers,
We would like to inform everyone about a recent scam incident involving someone who used DKC Aircon & Refrigeration Services’ company name without our authorization.
A person posed as a legitimate client, provided correct project details and location, and proceeded with the installation request. However, it was later discovered that this individual used our company’s name to request advance payment under a personal name (“Patrick”), which is NOT authorized by DKC.
After our team completed the installation and it was time for payment settlement, the fraudulent activity was uncovered.
⚠️ For everyone’s protection, please take note:
✅ DKC Aircon & Refrigeration Services only has authorized personnel handling inquiries, scheduling, and payment coordination
✅ We conduct site visits / proper assessment when required
✅ ALL payments must be made under the COMPANY NAME only
❌ We DO NOT request payments under personal names unless officially announced by management
