This iconic shot of the Max’s Scout Tuazon branch—the very first Max’s—was captured by Achilles “Chic” Cervero’, who, with his family, has always been a part of the Max's Family.
Known fondly as “Chic” from his Army days—always seen chewing his favorite Chiclets gum—he unknowingly helped preserve a piece of our history that has been shared from generation to generation.
We honor and thank Chic and his family for being part of our story, keeping our heritage alive... Since then, until now.
