I got back into baking after quite a while just for my son’s birthday. 🤎

I wanted to make something simple for our little celebration, so I made my own version of a Choco Crinkle Cake filled and topped with Biscoff Kataifi. 🍫

And honestly… it was such a blast being back in the kitchen! 🥹 I was even happier hearing everyone say how much they loved the cake.

And yes, I tasted it myself… and WOW. 😂 I love it too! That rich, chocolatey cake with the creamy Biscoff and that little crunch from the kataifi—such a good combination!

Now I’m thinking… maybe I should bake this again for you. 🤎
