But days before her birthday, there was no peace in her heart. Anxiety was building up inside of her. She wanted to do something different, something creative, something productive. “What to do?”

And so, she went to baking school armed with a pinch of curiosity, a dash of open-mindedness and cups of free time outside her life in St. Isabelle kneaded and Isabelle kneaded. She became a slave of th

e baking pin. Finally, the restless twenty-year old has finally found one of her passion’s. A zealous baker has been born. Together with her flair for fashion, her eye for colors and her talent for design, she effortlessly combines the art of baking and the art of looking, feeling and being beautiful. Days were spent musing and consulting with family and friends for a fitting name for her new venture. Then, it epiphany happened. During one of her endless tasks in the kitchen, a name pops up:

“Once Upon a Cake.”

It was perfect. Yes, once upon a time there was an anxious lady who had nothing productive to put her heart into. Now, there is the same lady, who after finding herself, will definitely live happily ever after…
