A customer friend asked me how much it cost to make a customized cake.

𝗠𝗲: For a single tier depends on the the size and details, 2,5000php estimate depende pa yan kung gano kadetalye ang design.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Masyado namang mahal, tapos single tier lang?

𝗠𝗲: How much do you think it would cost you?

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: 1000php maximum... Madali lang naman yon diba?! Saka mura lang mga harina at asukal tapos bake lang.😁

𝗠𝗲: Ok, since magkakilala naman tayo pwede namang ikaw ang gumawa. 😉

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Pero hindi ako marunong magbake...😂

𝗠𝗲: For 1000php tuturuan kita, nakasave ka pa ng 1,500php. You'll get the knowledge na kailangan mo. 😉

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Sige, pwede na din.😁

𝗠𝗲: But to get started: May mga kailangan tayong gamit:

‌Oven (10k-35k)
‌Stand mixer (7k-30k)
‌Hand mixer (5k-10k)
‌Turn table (500-2k)
Refrigerator (15k to 30k)
‌Baking tools like scraper, cake slicer, brush, measuring tools, mixing bowl, piping tip, piping bag, pans, cooler rack, wire whisk, spatula, sturdy working table, cutting matt, molder, cutters, plunger, silicon matt, tweezer (very hard to estimate)

‌Comsumables like ingredients...APF, white sugar, butter, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, cream, cooking oil, food colors, fondants, tylose, cornstarch, cocoa powder, chocolate bar, sprinkles, dragees, shortening (very hard to estimate)

Cake box, cake board, cake post, cello plastic, baking paper, tissue, stapler, tape, bioplastic, sticker, glue gun, glue stick, scissors, ribbon, toy toppers, acrylic toppers, candles ‌(very hard to estimate)
‌‌etc.
