Today we're featuring our sourdough pullman. If you ever watched the movie, Chef, there was a glorious grilled cheese scene where in chef uses sourdough pullman bread slices to make his son this gorgeous sandwich. I knew I had to make that. This bread is for the professional who want the great taste and texture of sourdough but want even sides so it's easy for portioning and costing. Note that we can send sliced or whole loaves.

A product we've been dreaming of doing for quite some time is phyllo sheets. We've actually been working towards it! We've gotten to the point that the phyllo is thin enough to read through the sheets! We're so excited to release this and help chefs and companies make lots of delicious products made with phyllo!
