📣📣A reminder of our cancellation policy, because we have sadly had a few last-minute cancellations because of "sorry ma'am, cancel ko nalang kay may nag sponsor na sang cake." Like many other small businesses, this is unfortunately a policy we have to put in place to help protect our businesses.

We fully understand that there may be times when you are unable to follow the dates you originally reserved.

Please give us at least 5 days' notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your reservation. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients on our waiting list. Without prior notice, we may be unable to fill your reserved slot.

Cancellations made with less than 5 days' notice will result in a 50% deduction from the deposit made at booking. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the deposit made at booking, and no amount will be refunded.

All reasons for your cancellation will be taken into consideration. We are very grateful for your support and understanding that these charges are to help recover losses for small businesses. We are very grateful for your support and understanding with this.
