Original Biscocho Haus Original Biscocho Haus began in 1975 as a cottage industry of specialty food products in the Jaro, Iloilo home of the Guadarrama-Jalandoni family.

Established in 1975 in Jaro, Iloilo, Biscocho Haus is now celebrating 50 years of bringing joy through its beloved pasalubong treats like Biscocho, Butterscotch, Merengue, Toasted Mamon, Galletas and other well-loved local favorites. We are proud that today we have grown to offer more than biscocho to become the preferred pasalubong center in Iloilo with our wide array of favorites — butterscotch, yemas and merengue.
