when RMN DYHB Bacolod 747 reached out to us last week, tbh we were both so happy and nervous at the same time because this was definitely a first for us… and honestly, not something we ever imagined would happen while building this little dream of ours!

and I think this is also your reminder that sometimes just because things aren’t happening as fast as you want them to… doesn’t mean nothing is happening at all!

UBE has been a staple in Filipino culture for generations 💜🇵🇭

So after weeks of working on this, we finally made our own twist on it! Introducing our 𝐔𝐛𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐁𝐫û𝐥é𝐞 ✨

A rich and creamy Ube Basque Cheesecake layered with silky Ube Custard Crème Brûlée, with our homemade Ube Halaya blended into every bite 😮‍💨

Every layer melts differently. The slight bitterness from the brûléed top melts into the velvety custard layer, then slowly into the deep roasted cheesecake underneath… while the homemade ube flavor lingers rich, warm, and nostalgic in every spoonful 🤤💜

& tbh, we wanted to create something that didn’t just taste like ube, but something that felt entirely new too. Something we personally haven’t really seen explored this way… yet ✨😉
