🤍 A little reminder from The Maine Cake
Recently, we received a product complaint, and while it was difficult to hear, we choose to receive it with humility and use it as an opportunity to improve. We understand that not every order will turn out perfectly, and we’re genuinely sorry whenever we fall short of our client’s expectations.
This particular order was a 1-day booking / rush order, where preparation time and availability were very limited. Despite this, we still did our best to create a beautiful and meaningful cake. Our prices are also carefully kept affordable and fair, considering the ingredients, customization, time, and effort behind every cake. 🤍
As much as possible, we kindly encourage our dear clients to book at least 3 days before the event so we have enough time to prepare, source materials, and give your cake the attention it deserves. 🎂
