I was pleasantly surprised with this pizza that we ordered when we ate at Floury Davao last December. Mas ganahan kog thin crust pizza pero this time, using focaccia as base for the pizza was a really good idea (CHAR!?) 😜

The different cheeses (I am not a cheese expert so di ko sure unsa ang mga naa didto haha) gave the pizza a good balance of sweet and savory flavor profile. Paired with the crunchy focaccia and the tomato sauce base, each bite was very filling. Kanang maski one portion ra, nabusog na jud ko.

It was such a pleasant surprise coming into the cafe without me knowing unsay menu nila. Will come back (for this and the tres leches cake)! 🥰
