Who would have thought that what started as a loud bang in our oven 💥 would turn out to be the best-selling item on our menu? 😅

This was where it all started.

An explosion, a doubt if we could ever make this right and countless trial recipes that followed to make the closest product of what we know a Japanese Shokupan should be 🍞

Milky with a touch of sweetness, soft and fluffy for days. No shortcuts, no preservatives. Just real, good bread 👍🏻

As much as we want to say this is just April Fool's Day, it breaks our hearts to announce that price adjustments will take effect for orders starting April 12 🙏

Like everyone else, we too are affected by the recent price increases as well as limitations on supply for certain products we use for our bread.

Your support means everything to us and quality is at the heart of everything we make. We can only promise to bake with the same care and standards you trust 💛

We didn’t have time to setup. The table was still bare. All the bread were still in crates but you guys are lining up anyway. Thank you for making us sold out just 4 hours into the event 🙏🏻

We couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who came out to support us in our first pop-up!
