Today's happy accomplishment:
My chewy White Chocolate Cranberry Cookie! I know it's an ordinary thing, considering that I am a baker. It's all in a day's work, but now more than ever, we need to find our "happy" out of the ordinary, wherever we can.

Brief backstory:

I made these delightful teasers for one of my favorite nieces, Li Lan who shares the same love for cookies. But hey, it's not only for Li Lan to snack on! From now on, it will also be a mainstay on our menu and shall be called Li Lan's Choice. The combined tartness of the cranberries, the sweetness of white chocolate and the buttery cookie is the perfect balance everyone will surely swoon over! This is my way of finding and spreading my own "happy" out of the ordinary.

This particular treat was not actually included in EveryBuddy’s Cakeshop menu. I just used to prepare some of these for my nephew Dylan, who is a big fan of chocolate chip cookies. This morning, due to my dearest nephew’s incessant (and affectionate) prodding, I decided to whip up these chunky 50-gram chocolate chip cookies with whatever’s left in our cupboard and fridge. What’s funny is that my sister-in-law said she received a number of orders for this product today. Turns out that she posted a few photos on her FB stories and some of her friends already placed their orders, thinking it’s included in our menu. Talk about serendipity!

So today marks the birth of another EBC product, which shall be called Dylan’s Delight. Thick, chunky, chewy, delectable treat that’ll surely make another hit!

These goodies will be available next week (Sunday-Tuesday) in Daraga and Legazpi City area! For your queries and orders, just give us a beep!
