🌪️ Bagyong Tino Update (as of 8:00 PM, November 3, 2025)

According to PAGASA, Typhoon Tino (Kalmaegi) continues to intensify as it moves west-northwest toward the Visayas region.

📍 Location: 95 km southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar
💨 Winds: Up to 140 km/h, gustiness up to 170 km/h
🚩 Signal Warnings:
Signal No. 4 – parts of Mindanao
Signal No. 3 – parts of Visayas and Mindanao
Signal No. 2 – several provinces including areas in Central Visayas

🌧️ Expected Impacts:
• Heavy to intense rain over Visayas and Mindanao
• Possible flooding and landslides in low-lying areas
• Rough to very rough seas (waves 5–6 m high)
• Strong winds expected early Tuesday morning in parts of Cebu and nearby provinces
