Another highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam was joining a coffee class and it turned out to be such a fun experience — especially meeting people from different nationalities and bonding over coffee, nonstop laughter, and good conversations.
We made Egg Coffee (which was surprisingly SO good 😭), Coconut Coffee, Salted Cream Coffee, and the classic Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. But what amazed me the most was trying an 80% Robusta + 20% Arabica blend for the first time. I never expected it to taste that good together — bold, smooth, and full of flavor.
Honestly, the whole class atmosphere was just pure fun, laughter, and learning. Definitely one of those travel experiences I’d recommend trying at least once 🤍
