Essential frostingsβperfect for cakes & cupcakes:
Buttercream (Classic)
Ingredients
β’ Butter β 1 cup (soft)
β’ Powdered sugar β 3β4 cups
β’ Milk β 2β3 tbsp
β’ Vanilla β 1 tsp
Method
1. Beat butter until light & fluffy.
2. Add sugar gradually.
3. Add milk + vanilla.
4. Beat until smooth.
Texture: rich, creamy, pipeable
Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
β’ Cream cheese β 200 g
β’ Butter β Β½ cup
β’ Powdered sugar β 2β3 cups
β’ Vanilla β 1 tsp
Method
1. Beat cream cheese + butter until smooth.
2. Add sugar gradually.
3. Mix in vanilla.
Texture: smooth, slightly tangy
Whipped Cream Frosting
Ingredients
β’ Heavy cream β 2 cups (cold)
β’ Powdered sugar β ΒΌ cup
β’ Vanilla β 1 tsp
Method
1. Whip cream to soft peaks.
2. Add sugar + vanilla.
3. Whip to stiff peaks.
Texture: light, airy
