Once upon a babycake
A brownie baker mom, who loves to snack, decided to make sweets that you can munch on any time of the day... or night (let’s not forget midnight snackin’). With the help of her legit baker hubby, they baked up fresh batches of moist miniature muffins and cupcakes and later on called it, “babycakes” (because of 2 things: a baby was on the way and The Cuppycake song). Babycakes is perfect for those who want dessert that are short and, literally, sweet.
Brownie baker mom is also obsessed with the smell of brownies. There is nothing better than to be engulfed in freshly baked brownie scent. Her first batch of brownies was a 6x6-foil-pan brownies topped with M&Ms, baked in a Turbo oven (we didn’t have those traditional gas or convection ovens at that time). One of the products to look out for is the Toasted Marshmallow Brownie, which is like a brownie pillow for your mouth. It’s all good!
