2 cups sweet corn cream style or fresh sweet corn boiled ang blend
3 cups all purpose flour (sifted)
2 cups white sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1 cup water
3/4 cup corn oil
1tbsp vanilla

How?

1.Preheat oven 180 degrees and grease and lined 12x10 baking pan with parchment paper
2.Put sweet corn in a large bowl add flour,baking powder salt and sugar mix in few seconds
3.Add water,oil and vanilla mix for 1min
4.Bake for 20-25mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
5.Let it cool and cut into squares
