Thank you, 2025, what a year it truly has been!

In June, I finally decided to leave corporate to focus on Barbie Bakes. I also started cooking for profit and supplying lunch trays for ’s Autumn Cafe.

I did not have any backup plans, I just knew I no longer wanted to work in the corporate setting.

Seeing these numbers for Barbie Bakes (food trays & meal packs not included) gives me hope for the future.

The days are long and it can be exhausting af, but I would gladly do this over and over and over again.

Thank you to everyone who ordered, shared my posts, offered support and referred me to friends and family.
