We extend our sincerest sympathies to the family of Boss Alfonso Tan of Bacolod La Filipina Trading Corp. Boss Ponso as what we call him has been our supplier for the past 35 years and never did we heard him say "no" to our requests. He has been monumental during the start of the bakery and has helped us in ways we cannot imagine. We mourn his loss, a great man. Our heartfelt condolences to his family.

Boss Ponso, pahuway na. Thank you for everything. We will always be grateful to you and your family.

To our wonderful costumers:

Starting October 1, 2025, we will no longer provide plastics, both on our breads and softdrinks as well.

This is in compliance with the City Ordinance No.13-2021 on Single-Use Plastics and in support of the No Waste Policy.

Since we will be using "puyo" or paper bags, We encourage everyone to bring their own eco-bags, and other reusable containers (especially sa buns and bulk orders) when you visit the bakery.

For those who may not have their own reusable bags, you can purchase eco-bags here at the bakery.

We thank you for your understanding and continual support. We as an establishment support a safe, eco friendly city and we believe that it should start in us.
