When life gives you "gummy" bread and a rock-hard crust, make pancakes! 🥞🥖

​Hindi ko man nakuha ang perfect crumb sa 1st sourdough bread ko—hello, gummy center at matigas na crust! 🧱😅—hindi tayo papayag na masayang ang effort at ingredients.

​Sourdough Rescue Mission: Activated! 💪
​I transformed that first loaf into these fluffy, delicious pancakes. Masarap na, zero waste pa! Saktong-sakto na breakfast for the family. 🥰☕️ Sino’ng mag-aakala na galing ito sa "hollow block" ko kagabi? 🤣

​Lesson learned: In baking, every "fail" is just an ingredient for a better recipe. Back to the drawing board (and more starter feedings!) soon, pero for now... kain muna tayo! 😋

Update on my 1st Sourdough bread! 🥖✨

​Technical-wise, medyo gummy ang loob at siguro underproofed talaga. Wala ring asim, pero surprisingly... masarap siya! 😋
​The best part? Nagustuhan ng son ko! Nakailang kuha na siya, at ’yun pa lang, solve na ako. 🥰

​I'm learning. Aminado ako, may mga moments na nakaka-disappoint at parang gusto ko na sumuko. Pero ganoon talaga—pahinga o pause lang saglit, tapos susubok uli. I really love trying new things, and I’m not stopping here. Sa susunod, better na ito. 💪🌿🧈
