TBG’s cravings.

Pili nuts are probably the most famous delicacy in Sorsogon, that is why it's one of the most sought out pasalubongs.

I was given jars of it from tita Minda's recent
Sorsogon trip, and after running out, I was craving since.

To solve this problem, I made an attempt at recreating this favorite Bicol pasalubong, Crispy/ Caramelized Pili Nut out of the raw Pili Donald brought me back previously.

I couldn't make it the same way the locals do it, but it's quite close to what was in the jar. So I am nonetheless happy with how it turned out.
