📍 Space Rental Details
💰 Rental Fee:
• Good for 3 hours
• Includes all areas shown in photos
⏱ Extension Rate:
• Per additional hour
🕓 Start Time:
• 4:00 PM onwards
📸 Photography:
• Bring your own photographer

🌿 Rules & Friendly Reminders
• Please take care of the space and furniture as if it were your own
• Let’s keep the area clean and organized
• Food and drinks are allowed — just help us keep the place tidy
• No smoking inside the premises
• Any damage or missing items will be charged accordingly

• Start time 4pm onwards
• Per additional hour applies for overtime
💰 Payment
• A down payment is required before the booking
❌ Cancellation Policy
• Please inform us at least 2 days in advance for cancellations
•Down payment is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows
👥 Guest Limit & Parking
• Please stay within the agreed guest limit
• 1 to 2 car parking only is available
