Pretty proud of how this turned out! 😍🤩

Ferrero Rocher inspired cake: each tier is 3 layers of chocolate cake, with chocolate buttercream and crushed hazelnuts in between. Around the outside is a vanilla buttercream with crushed hazelnuts and fine chocolate chips mixed through. Finished with a 50% dark chocolate drip, topped with Ferrero rochers, chocolate, gold painted maltesers, and buttercream piping.

It has been a challenging year - taking on a full time job meant this little baking gig took a back seat. But we made it! Thank you for your patience, support and love of good cake!!
