STORI-TAIM SUNDAY
We had the privilege to put up a stall at the Medical Symposium Cultural Night On Wednesday 7th.
Apart from having the privilege to showcase for the PNG Medical Societies, it was a time to celebrate and look back on how far we have come.
Over a year after leaving formal employment with Emergency Medicine Port Moresby General Hospital to pursue entrepreneur-ship in the fashion and design industry. On the night we got to meet a few Big names in Medicine Papua New Guinea.
We celebrate their achievements but recognize our own in being able to step out and pursue a different field and aspire to stand out among the many who sell PNG fabric attires.
Is it for everyone?? No perhaps not. We have made losses and not everything is a successful but we get back up and try again.
I am a licensed medical practitioner with the Medical Board of Papua New Guinea and even though so many "think" it would be better to be a doctor due "the country needing more Doctors". I am my own person and would rather pursue something I am passionate about and not just because I have a degree in the field and live paycheck to paycheck. Perhaps in due course I would go back, but only after I build an Empire my children don't need a degree or anything else to aquire.
CURRENT PRIORITIES
1. INSPIRE, Anyone, everyone especially my own babies, and Sisters.
2. Time Freedom, Be able to do whatever and whenever I want to. Yet to reach that stage.
3. Best Mama to my Babies and be with them at every moment that they would need me.
