Plus in an incredible twist we have our hands on the very last tamarillos from our local supplier. The very ones you all love. They are big and beautiful so if you want a final crack at them now is the time. $12 a kilo.

The chickens are delighted that the rain has stopped and are now focussing on not being blown away!

We have lots of beautiful fresh eggs in our farm shop. Tray specials are on and Glenn is instore ready to say hi.

You’ll find us 5 mins out of Waihi opposite Waimata School.

We have everything here. Gourmet frozen meals from both Red Kitchen and MYLK. Dinner is done pretty easily and follow it up with a frozen dessert and some gourmet Duck Island icecream.

Lots of fresh produce and we have the ever popular Mingle range to make meal prep really easy. And you know you aren’t feeding your kids too many nasties as it’s all natural.

Please call in, bring the kids to feed the chickens and see the animals. We would love to see you.

New stocks of cheese in our farm shop at Happy Hens Waihi.

We are fully stocked here, avocados, big fresh fennel, fresh dill, beautiful sweetie capsicum and we are loving the ridiculously fresh Liberty Growers produce. They supplied gorgeous wild rocket, kale, super mix, spinach and cos plus herbs. With the weather warming up and salads on the horizon give these a try.

Brand new Mingle products have hit our farm shop at Happy Hens Waihi. This range is healthy with no nasties, perfect to feed your kids and yet still packed with flavour. We are proud to stock a large chunk of the range so please call in and have a browse. There’s something for everyone.

Busy has returned to our farm shop to lay her eggs. As cute as ever and VERY determined. She’s been through a big molt and is feeling ready to mingle. She’s not a young bird but is still laying faithfully. Another happy hen living at Happy Hens.

We are open 7 days. There’s lots of animal action going on at the moment.
Animals bring the best drama. 😊
